     Our firm was established in 2002.  Our mission is to provide specialized intellectual property counsel at the lowest prices.  High technology and low overhead give us the business edge that makes this possible.

     Since modern communications eliminate the need for offices in Washington, or New York, for example, we avoid the high business expenses that drive up the costs of most big-city law firms.  Our office turned a profit in its very first year, and we have never looked back.

     Functionally, our office is a part of the Nashville legal community. But, our clients come to us from all over the globe.

Who We Are

PATENT ATTORNEY

David Winters, is graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, and the University of Southern Mississippi.  He is a law graduate of Oxford Brookes (Oxford, England) and of Southern Illinois University School of Law.

Admitted before the United States Supreme Court, he is an award-winning author, and is listed in Who's Who in America.

OFFICE MANAGER AND TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

     Debbie Tipton ("Debbie T") has earned a Bachelor of Science and two graduate degrees.  Also a legal nurse consultant, she provides valuable health-care technology expertise

 Asa Stone, holds a Bachelor of Science, is certified as a machinist, and is a skilled CAD operator.  Rounding out his broad background, he also a certificated teacher.  He can do anything, and teach you how, too!

Andreea Loffler, already a qualified attorney in Romania (yes, Romania) has joined our staff, adding a bit more international flavor.  Andreea is fluent in French, Spanish, German, Romanian and....English.
